What's your typical turnaround?
Quotes go out within 2–3 business days of the strategy call. Audio production typically turns in 2–3 days. Websites: 4–8 weeks. SEO: 90–180 days to compound. Every quote includes specific timeline expectations.
Do you require long-term contracts?
Standard engagement is a 6-month minimum (so the work has time to compound), then month-to-month. We don't lock you into multi-year deals.
What's your minimum budget?
Depends entirely on the channel mix. Single-service engagements start lower; integrated marketing plans start higher. Get a quote and we'll be straight with you about whether we're the right fit.
Do you work with clients outside Cincinnati?
Yes. Our office is in Cincinnati but most of our clients are spread across the U.S. We work remotely with clients in every state and a few internationally.
